Rin Tin Taps transforms that overlooked bar in the corner of your event into a epicenter with it’s own gravitational pull. We bring one of your three handcrafted mobile bars directly to your venue, fully styled and ready to serve. Nanette, our vintage camper, is a head-turner. The Chaplin brings timeless wooden elegance to any setting. Bebe tucks into intimate spaces where a full bar wont fit but unforgettable moments still happen.

Questions We Get Asked

  • We’re based in Reno and serve the greater Reno-Tahoe and Northern Nevada area. We do travel outside this are for an additional fee.

  • The earlier, the better. We recommend reaching out at least 3-6 months before your event date, especially for peak wedding season

  • Absolutely. We work with you to build a custom cocktail menu that fits your event’s theme and your guests’ tastes.

  • We offer alcohol facilitation, which comes to you in a alcohol shopping list. We can also handle the purchasing of alcohol on your behalf with a fee.

  • Every bar rental includes eco-conscious cups, premium garnish, straws, napkins, ice, and professional staffing to ensure a seamless service experience. We also provide up to 1.5 hours of setup and 1 hour of breakdown with each booking. Additional inclusions will vary based on your selected package, and we will clearly outline every detail so you know exactly what to expect for your event.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event date will receive a full deposit refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable due to the potential loss of business associated with reserving your date.

    We are happy to accommodate rescheduling at no additional charge; however, all refund eligibility remains tied to the original event date.
