Do You have a liquor license?
Yes, we do! We have a liquor catering license with the city of Reno and Washoe County.
Do you supply the alcohol?
We can do either! If you prefer to buy all the alcohol, we can serve it and make it delicious for your special event. We will walk help facilitate the alcohol order and tell you how much to order and from where so you don’t end up with any wasted product
do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry liquor liability and general liability insurance for your event, with guidelines you must adhere to.
How much do you cost?
Every event is different, and everyone requires different needs and wants. We work with any budget and ensure your event is seamless and smooth. It’s easier for us if you fill out our form so we contact you directly to get your party started.
where are you located?
We are located in Reno, NV, and travel to nearby locations such as Tahoe, Sparks, Carson City, and California. If travel is outside the 25-mile radius of our home base, we charge a travel fee to cover the wear and tear of our vintage travel trailer. If you want to have us at your event, and you are located outside of Washoe County, contact us today to see if we can travel to your location!
Can I taste the drinks before the event?
Of course! A tasting consultation is always an option. This allowed us to dial in drinks for your event. For weddings, it is required to make sure your special day is everything you were hoping for.
Can you serve coffee or tea?
Yes! We can serve coffee and tea alongside our bar options or entirely alone if your event does not require alcohol. Our tap system allows us to serve cold brew, nitro, tea, and more.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. For refunds, you will receive a full deposit refund minus a $100 administration fee if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date. A 50% deposit refund if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded due to potential lost business for holding the date. Reschedules are welcomed for no additional fee, but the refund policy is still based on the original event date.
Do you have a rain policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate any rain dates due to our advanced booking model. The host will be responsible for tents and other forms of protection in inclement weather.
